My man Mike def deserved this review years ago. We were looking at Pasadena for the longest time and he was always incredibly helpful each and every time we wanted a showing. Was never late and was always very knowledgeable with a plan and our strategy.
Fast forward a couple of years, I had actually made the call to move me and my company to Las Vegas so Pasadena wasn't in the question in the near term future.
Did Mike get upset? Never!! Instead, he tried to be selflessly helpful despite us looking in a separate state. Because of that experience, I would always use Mike & his brokerage whenever the opportunity comes up.
Fast forward to today, an opportunity came up to use Mike's company - I was helping family purchase a property. It was outside of his normal territory in Pasadena & San Marino so he introduced us to an excellent agent in his brokerage named Annie Xu. She was punctual, helpful, and very knowledgeable & we closed quickly and without any hiccups. In todays market, that is almost unheard of. She went out of her way multiple times to cater to my schedule since I am living out of California now. She also introduced us to many contractors and suppliers.
Most importantly, Mike stayed involved through the whole process and gave me calming perspectives when something turned up. Definitely would use them again & would refer them to my friends.

Hello, I am very glad to submit this review on Mike Chou and his staff. I've been here in Los Angeles 30+ years. Truthfully, I have never encountered such knowledgeable, highly qualified, wonderful, and best customer service in real estate. I have been working with them for a few months mainly because I'm not a very fast downsizer and packer. And, in the beginning, I couldn't decide if I wanted to remodel or sell "as-is". Easy way out, "as-is" (recommended by Mike), we did one Open House on a Saturday and Sunday, and 220 people showed up and we received 56 offers! Chou staff registered potential buyers on laptop. The line outside was extremely long and my neighbors texted me to please not block their driveways. And my neighbor Mandy thought that we were doing a covid shot event. Mike has so many great qualities and everything about him is excellent. I think the best part of my business connection with him is that he is intuitive in communication. Not many people can communicate so effectively by text message and live conversations. Mike was on top of everything. He answered almost all of my phone calls immediately because I'm a detailed person and I always have questions . Mike was very patient with me and his knowledge and experience is unbelievable. I trust him fully and if I were to do anymore real estate in California, Mike would be my realtor again. I never thought I would run into such a wonderful person with such great knowledge. My husband and I have known Mike for 6 years, before he even joined the KW family, since we were looking for our 1st home in the Walnut area. We met him at his listed location and instantly loved his charisma and professionalism. We have spoked and dealt with other agents who many times ignored us or even tried to take advantage of us.
