Mike Vachani is a veteran real estate professional with years of experience handling all forms of real estate investments and development including residential, commercial and land sales. As the owner and manager of a Full Service Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory Firm in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, Mike has personally handled over $300,000,000 in transaction volume and continues to exceed his Client’s goals. Mike is also very knowledgeable about US tax and legal codes and works with many international clients. Mike is a family man and enjoys developing his children and giving back to the community. He currently volunteers as a Soccer Coach for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), Treasurer for the a local school PTA, and is a current a Planning Commissioner for the City of Monrovia. Mike is also active in all levels of the Organizational Side of Real Estate and is currently or was previously President/Chairman of the Board of Directors for Arcadia Association of Realtors , Board of Director for the California Association of Real Estate and Board of Director of the National Association of Real Estate . Mike holds a MBA in Real Estate & Finance from the Paul Merage School of Business, a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology & Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) & Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from National Association of Realtors.
